This will be the first Forum Meeting of 2011 and incorporate the content from the last meeting of 2010 that was cancelled due to adverse weather.

We have a number of ongoing priorities including Records Management, KPIs, Special Interest Groups, training development and Benchmarking followup. These are too many to cover so the two items for the agenda are:

Designing RGU's energy information professional short training course
Discussing the findings of the 2010 Benchmarking study
